Logan County Fairgrounds Off Season Rentals

The Logan County Fairgrounds has more than 35,000 square feet under roof in many different types of buildings and nearly all of it is available in the off-season for "weddings to warehousing".

No smoking is allowed in any building.

No alcohol or firearms are allowed on the grounds.

All rentals require full payment plus deposits at the signing of the rental contract.

Deposits are refunded by mail when all keys are returned and building inspections are completed.

Building Type	Cost for Rental
Storage (Off-Season Only)	$7.50 per foot with a $100 minimum.

Camping	$25.00 per day / $150 for the week of the Fair.
	Primitive Camping - $100.00 for the week of the Fair.

Grange Building	WiFi available.
	$50 for 2 or less hours.
	$200 per day with nearby ground use.
	$50 per day for additional clean-up and storage.
	All Grange building rentals require a $50 deposit.

Outside Concessions	$30 per day.

Outside Restrooms	$30 per day.

4-H Building	$200 per day.

Junior Fair Activity Building	$50 per day

Horse Stall	$200 August through June, $25 per month if brought in after August. No single month rentals.
	Includes: use of track, storage of one trailer, and utilities, and does NOT include manure removal.

Livestock Barns and Arenas	$200 per day for each building used. All Barns must be cleaned up after use.

Total Grounds Rental	$2,000 per day, $1,000 per day for additional set-up/clean-up days.
